We want our customers to be happy so if you have any questions about our products, please don't hesitate to ask before purchasing. The most common issue could arise due to ordering the wrong size. Please double check with our product descriptions to ensure you order the right size. Also, make sure to follow our washing instructions as they are essential to maintain the wear of your items. If there are any issues with your items please reach out to us via email.
Custom Tumblers
All custom tumbler sales are final. If your tumbler arrives damaged in anyway please contact us, and we will fix or replace your tumbler. If for some reason you are not happy with your tumbler, please contact us so we can fix the issue.
All Other Products
All other products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for any reason. If something arrives broken or damaged in anyway, please contact us.
